Chemical Dosing Pump

Versatility has been the cornerstone in developing these compact dosing pumps. They have been engineered to meet the highest chemical handling standards.

The user does not have to worry about which liquids can be dosed: pump head, valves, springs and O-rings are made of Teflon or Kynar which offer unsurpassed resistance to most chemicals; glass balls check valves resist corrosion and prevent crystallization. The casing has moulded hooks to facilitate wall, tank or machine mounting. Their IP 65 rated enclosure also offers high protection against eventual splashes and spills.

Several models are available to choose the flow rate that better fits the application. In addition, the user can adjust the flow rate up to the maximum value by means of a graduated knob.

Control and dosing System (pH/ORP controller & chemical dosing)

These systems has been designed as an integrated processing system: a pH/ORP controller and a dosing pump together in one unit. As a first result, installation, wiring and compatibility among process equipment are no longer a problem: simply feed the pump, connect a combination electrode with BNC and power the unit. These instruments have all superior performances of these controllers and dosing pumps.

The pump fittings are made of the highest quality materials in industry such as Teflon and Kynar for higher resistance to most of chemicals. Further safety is given by the overheating prevention system that automatically shuts the pump down and warns the user in case of excessive temperature.

The controller is provided with LCD display, proportional dosage, recorder output, alarm contact, level control and much more. The user can easily and quickly benefit of all these performances wherever he needs.
